Until that is in place here are a few quick ideas on areas where you can focus to try and improve the situation.

  • Review your requirements for workers and remove those you don't absolutely need

  • Increase the salaries of critical positions to make them more attractive

  • Be willing to train employees

  • Be prepared to wait longer to get top talent

  • Expand your recruiting efforts to another location, where talent is less in-demand
